Returns:

Please make claims for damaged or missing items within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom products such as personalized chopstick sleeves are non-returnable. Buyer pays for return shipping. Call or email for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the parcel. Parcels arriving without an RA# number will not be accepted.
